candybar at the register........

What's a girl to do? U all know how much i love my newly painted dining room table. Im really not looking to change the table, especially considering this one has only been in the room a matter of months.......

Just look at all it's shabby yumminess................but when i saw this beauty, i simply had to have it! Even though i have no clue what im gonna do with it. Where will i put it?? It was only a mere $50. Has anyone seen what these tables go for? Could i just leave it where it was, and simply walk away? I tried, so the answer's no on that one, lol.........She's a beauty......

I do plan on refinishing the top, and painting the apron and the legs in cream, or maybe a buttery yellow, or maybe aqua?

Well now, i guess the hunt for chairs is on.........Im thinkin cane back? Hmmm......................Joining Nicki for the first time............

Your dining room table is gorgeous, but I don't blame you for not leaving that beauty. I'm sure you'll find a way to make it work for you.

That would make a great computer desk or craft table if you needed one. Best of all, you'd only need one chair. Your dining table is gorgeous. I love all the details. I'm sure this new table will be just as pretty. Maybe I vote for the yellow paint? I bet it would be really pretty with that!

Great find there Bonnie! I love the shabby table too and right now we are in the same situation. I am saving up money to purchase new chairs for dining table too. Have a great weekend!

I don't think I would have walked away either. I just know it will look great after you finish it. Cane backs would look nice. Happy hunting.

If I could find a table like that, I'd use it as a kitche island; it's really gorgeous!

You are one busy lady! I don't know how you do it all!!! I have several projects lined up myself but nothing of this size!!! Hope it goes well! P.S. I'd pay big money for that coffee table in your television room. And, I'm enjoying the music!
