Hi everyone, life has been so busy lately....hope everyone is doin well. I finally brought home my "new" , old sofa yesterday, im still tweeking this room abit , but love how its coming along...

Roses

There really isnt anything like coming home to beautiful roses from the one u love. I took a short 4 day trip to see my bestie girlfriend Pattie . I missed my beloved , he had these waiting for me when i came home, awe, i guess he missed me too...

Hands down, dont u agree that roses are simply the most romantic way to feather a nest, LOL.

Just alittle note to say hi, and i hope everyone is doing well...Its been really crazy here at the romantic home. Ive been so busy with work and projects. Trying to finish up those dining chairs and a few other small projects. This old door was found roadside by a co-worker, so i gave it some new life and hung it on the wall...

My 15 yr old son, Nate, informed me he needed a new lamp, so i was on it......i decided to do one in his school colors with his football #....I thought it turned out pretty good.

Also got the new bed moved in, did some much needed organizing under the bed.....

even had time for alittle shopping.....

Leather sofa

Never thought ide love leather so much....but ive decided to incorporate some into the world of shabby.......

Chalkboard bed

Finally finished the bed. Thought ide share a few pics...This photo shoot was so much fun to do! Yes, the whole bed is painted with chalkboard paint, u can write any place on it...What a great way to leave a sweet message for ur lover, or to let him know uve got a headache, LOL.

Things have been alittle crazy around here lately.......so just thought ide pop in and show u what ive been up to.........i recently purchased  6 chairs, a china cabinet, buffet and server, all of which im re-vamping, and a 4-post bed, which ile show u later.......heres how the chairs are coming along.
